Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging are intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless damaged or defective).
Return Process
- Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.
- Share your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the product.
- Once approved, our team will provide return instructions.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund or replacement.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after successful quality inspection of the returned item.
- Prepaid order refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD order refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another approved method.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Size issues (subject to stock availability)
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
